Summer Camp Enrollment Contract
I/We understand and agree that summer camp tuition payments are non-refundable. We understand that schedule changes will only be approved if there is enough space in the program for a different week of summer camp since space is limited, thank you for understanding. I/We understand and accept that Let’s Create, LLC will provide my child with responsible care, a safe and nurturing environment, and developmentally appropriate artistic instruction while in their care. Let’s Create, LLC has a “Zero Tolerance Policy” when it comes to abusive and/or aggressive behavior. Let’s Create, LLC reserves the right to dismiss a child, if it is in the best interest of the child and the program, for such behavior causes emotional and/or physical harm to oneself or others in the program. I/We agree to pick up our child from the studio no later than 5:30 pm, and agree to pay a late fee of $2 per minute beyond 5:30 pm. I/We agree to call the studio in advance if my/our child will be absent from the program for any reason, otherwise, I/We will receive a call from the studio to be sure my/our child is where they are supposed to be and safe. (Please note that attendance cancellations are not deducted from tuition. Thank you for understanding.) I/We agree and understand that tuition payments are to be made upon summer camp registration in the form of a check, cash, credit card, or money order. There is a $25 service charge fee per incident for nonsufficient funds. I/We agree to provide my/our child with a nutritionally healthy snacks, lunch, and beverages for them to eat at the studio each day of their attendance. The Studio will be open M-F 8:00 am-5:30 pm.
